In accordance with Article L. 223-3 of the Consumer Code, consumers have the right to register on the telephone solicitation opt-out list. The relevant provision is Article L.223-3 of the Consumer Code, which states:

“When a professional collects telephone contact information from a consumer, they must inform the consumer of their right to register on the telephone solicitation opt-out list. When this information is collected during the conclusion of a contract, the contract must mention, in a clear and understandable manner, the existence of this right for the consumer.”

Mediator - Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, both parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator relevant to the professional, namely AVENIR CONSO (formerly AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional.

Rate Terms and Conditions

Cancellation or modification by the guest:

1. Guests are reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.

2. The terms and conditions of the booked rate specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

3. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified or cancelled. Deposits paid in advance are non-refundable. In such cases, this is specified in the rate's terms and conditions.

4. When the terms and conditions of the booked rate allow:

Reservations can be cancelled directly on the Site or via Mobile Services through the "View or cancel your reservation" section;
Reservations can be modified directly with the hotel; the phone number is provided in the reservation confirmation email.

5. If a guest cuts their stay short, the full agreed-upon price will be charged. For prepaid reservations, no refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, guests must vacate their room by 12:00 PM on the final day of their reservation. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.

7. All reservations are personal and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for payment, or for commercial purposes.
